Does anyone have any tips for making sorbet that doesnt go so hard & icy when put in the freezer? I love the texture when its first made in the thermomix, but when i get it out of the freezer a few days later, it is like a big ice block...

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say hi, while I eagerly wait for my new thermomix to arrive! I am lucky enough to have a very generous favourite aunty who has bought one for me  :-*

I have a baby due in April and a tall husband who is always hungry so I think I'll be able to cook up a storm with my new thermomix and still have time to what all new mums do!

So a BIG thank you to the best aunty ever and I look forward to lots of chats over the forum.
