I couldn't find a review of this, although I am sure there must be lots of people who have made it!

The only changes I made were to use 1/3 broccoli as I didn't have enough cauliflower, and I used 1/2 milk and 1/2 water to increase the calcium content.
I score it 5/5, delicious, thick and would be perfect instead of a bechamel!

Both my husband and I thought it had potential, but was missing something. A shame as we LOVE the Tikka paste, and had high hopes for this one. The recipe doesn't say to marinate the meat in the paste, so I think this would help. I felt in at least needed onion and garlic for a bit more flavour. Have lots of paste left so will experiment again and see if I can improve it. Will also try just using it in a Balti curry (alss pg 108)
