I've just made a batch of these and the girls love them.  I actaully used coconut palm sugar so they turned out a more golden brown type of colour.  I'll resort to anything to hide a few extra goodies in their food as it's health by stealth here.

I do what Zan said too but our vegies get steamed longer as DH doesn't like crunchy.

I did the french onion on the weekend and loved it.  I also made a sundried tomato (EDC) and it was pretty good too and so simple.

Thanks for that.  DD1 loves this coconut rough (http://fulllittletummies.blogspot.com/2010/07/filling-tummies-with-homemade-coconut.html) which has similar flavours so I'll be trying those bars.
