Breakfast / Easy Banana Pancakes - Idea for Mum's Breakfast in Bed

Banana Pancakes- YUMMY!!!!
Easy one for Children to make for Mum for Mothers day xx
200ml Milk
2 TBS White Vinegar
2 TBS Melted butter
1 Teaspoon good quality Vanilla essence
1 Egg
2TBS Sugar
1TSP Baking Soda
1TSP Baking Powder
1/2 TSP salt
2 ripe bananas ( overripe fine too)
( Optional 1 grated apple this adds a great texture and flavor- leftover apple sauce can also be added instead of sugar)
Top with Maple syrup & sprinkle of cinnamon or Nutmeg

Add all ingredients to TM bowl and slowing turn dial to 5 for 20 seconds.

Cook in hot non stick pan- no need to butter ( butter in recipe) Turn when start to bubble, serve with Maple Syrup.

Bread / Wendy's Thermo Cinnabuns- YUMMO- (With Pics)

Name of Recipe: Wendy's Thermomix Cinnabuns

Ingredients:
Buns-
1 Cup Whole Milk
2 Eggs Room Temperature
1/3 Cup Butter Melted
4 1/2 Cups of Plain (Bakers) Flour
1 Teaspoons Salt
1/2  Cup White Sugar
1 Sachet Dry Yeast

Filling-
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Tablespoons of Cinnamon
1/3 block Chopped Butter (250g)

Topping-
1/3 pkt Cream Cheese
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
pinch of salt

Preparation:
Place Milk in TM bowl at Temp 50 for 1 min  ^^ speed, then add Yeast, Sugar, Melted butter, salt and Eggs in Thermo Bowl - 10 secs on speed 4 to mix through then Temp 37   ^^ spoon speed for 2 mins. Place flour in bowl-  ::  *: Knead closed lid position 3 mins.

Place your dough to prove in warm position for approx 1 hour or till mixture doubles.

While waiting for dough to rise- Time to prepare the filling.
Place Chopped butter Cinnamon and Brown Sugar in TM bowl - Temp 37, initial 20 secs on speed 5 to chop then 2 mins  ^^ spoon speed to mix.  Set aside until your dough is ready.
Roll your dough on floured board or bench roll into large rectangle  roughly 40 cms x 60cms.
Spread with your Cinnamon mixture on top with TM spatula, then roll carefully keeping shape as you roll.
Trim off ends and cut into 12 pieces approx 5 cms each.
Line a Lamington pan with Baking paper and place on tray leaving space between each to rise again ( Till nearly doubled) and set aside in a warm place for around 45 mins. Meanwhile preheat oven to 180C.
Bake Rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 mins. While rolls are baking, (Yes, enjoy this bit -they smell divine)  :P
Grind 1 cup of Sugar for 10 secs at speed 6 ,add Cream Cheese, 1/4 cup of Butter, Vanilla and Salt. T Mix 1 min at speed 4.
Spread Frosting on Warm Rolls before serving.





Tips/Hints: A TM  Baking Mat would be a great help for this recipe if you have one!

Review: So delicious, and so easy to make. The leftovers were great the next day also- could even be made in to patties. Perhaps more salt needed- perhaps just to water whilst cooking potato. Served as a side dish with Highly recommended menu options Prawn Masala (See review), Jasmine Rice and Poppadoms . The men I served this to are still raving about the food ;)

Review: So delicious, and so easy to make.  The aroma from the TMX whilst cooking will have your neighbors drooling!! I doubled this recipe no problems- I Felt the Quantities shown were not enough- I fed 4 adults with the addition of Bombay Aloo, Jasmine Rice and Poppadoms- Delightful meal!

Hello All,
My new baby Arrived on Monday after a demo last Friday ( Soooooper fast) Thanks to our very efficient consultant Karen and my Friend Catherine who also Loves (well is obsessed) with her pet named 'Momix' toy :-)
So far I Have done 12 dishes, adapted 2 recipes- One of which was the best textured Cupcakes I have ever made- and have been making them for over 20 years (now I feel old!)
Love to cook and actually started my working life as an apprentice chef so looking forward to re-writing all my favorite recipes Thermo style!! x WendyB :-*
