I noticed about 2 days ago that most of the posts have a a word or two underlined.
Every time the mouse goes over these under lined words an add pops up for ipads or iphones.
It's very annoying and wondered if anyone else is experiencing the same?
-
I haven't noticed lately Michele but it was happening a lot a while back. Some form of advertising agreement the owners of this forum have I daresay.
-
NO from me 2 Michele
-
Thanks. Even in your post Judy, forum is underlined.
-
They must be targetting just a few special people Michele, just ignore it and it might go away. Certainly nothing I've done :-*
-
I'm not experiencing that Michelle, maybe it's a combination of your browser and some form of advertising on the forum
-
I'm on a PC and none of this is happening to me (... yet?). Is it just those members who have iPhones / iPads, etc?
I am using Firefox
-
No it is not happening to my IPad, but adds are annoying.
-
No not happening to me, no adds, no underlines either.
Do you have add block.

I'm not getting the underline thing happening -only the usual ads when you load the homepage of the forum.
-
Thanks everyone. I'm on a PC. Don't have any iphones or ipads etc.
-
I haven't noticed it, but I'm on my iPad most of the time using tapatalk. What a pain that would be.
-
Michelle, I think they want you to buy an I Pad. Hate this push advertising. Intrusive.
-
They quite possibly do Chookie. I don't have anything technical other than the thermomix.
I could probably do without my old Nokia mobile too. No one ever calls me because I very rarely have it with me.
It must be my server because it is coming upon other sites too.
-
same with me :( No one ever calls me , i will call u, if you call me back lol
-
Michelle if you go to your preferences on your PC you should be able to block pop up advertising. I am a mac girl so not to sure on a PC which tab it is under - but it shouldn't be difficult. If you google 'block ads on a PC' some kind soul out there will already have posted an answer in cyberspace.
-
Not happening on my iPad.
-
Not happening on my Mac either.

Thanks everyone. Looks like it must be me. Don't know how to do blocks Bickie - I'm going to ignore it and hope it goes away.
