Title: Pureeing Soup
Post by: Amy :-) on May 14, 2012, 07:48:56 am
Hello Wonderful Forumers :D

I have just made a big pot of soup in my slow cooker and would like to puree it in TM. I have two questions:

How long should I let it cool down for before pureeing?
How much should I puree at a time?

Amy I would purée it anytime (I usually do mine as soon as it stops cooking)
Slowly work your way up to speed 9 for 20 seconds and see how that goes. Whizz more if needed. :)

Sounds good, thanks Mandi :D I was just worried if soup was very hot then TM might explode like you see blenders do on children's cartoons :o
