Easy to make. Flavour fantastic, (lips burnng from trying) loved the aroma whilst making the paste, has an Indian curry smell to it.
I used 3 chillis from the garden, deseeded them & its stil quite hot. My chillis are hot today, fingers tingling :)
I didnt add the salt as it doesnt make a huge amount, plus it will go in the freezer for next time.
Didnt have any grapseed oil, so used evoo instead. have it marinating on chicken breasts.
I think it would be great as a curry paste (as suggested) & just throw in meat & veggies, coconut milk, cream whatever and a very quick tasty curry.
Just finished eating the chicken, milder flavour once cooked but still flavoursome. We both loved it & looking forward to using some paste for a curry. This could well be a favourite curry or spicy marinade in this house.

I make this quite a bit to use on chicken.
Just made a batch to take away, once cool will put in zip lock bag & label.
It doesnt make very much.
