Hi All
I'm Sue and I have had my Thermomix now for a week and loving it.. I enjoy cooking and now it is even better. Looking forward to making jams, sauces, yoghurt & my own spices.

Hi Sue, welcome to the forum. A week in the life of a TMX owner can be very exciting and you sound as if everything is going fine with yours. It's great being able to make all the bits and pieces for our pantries, fridges & freezers and some things I never thought would be on the agenda when I bought my machine. Have fun and enjoy our forum.

Hi Sue, welcome to the forum.
I'm sure you will soon be an expert using your Thermomix. Have you given it a name yet? I call mine Thermo, not very original I know, but I'm not good in giving things names.
Have fun :)

Hi Sue - welcome to the forum. The Thermomix certainly makes it easy to do things like yogurt, spices and jams (all sorts of things I wouldn't bother to make if it wasn't for Thermie).
