Oh, these are soooo Masterchef! But they're ry easy to make. This is at the bottom of the recipe linked here (http://www.britishlarder.co.uk/white-chocolate-and-ginger-cheesecake-ginger-brittle-and-rhubarb/#axzz1tsxy1EZI).
How cute! And I guess you could do it with any fruit purée.
