I love blue cheese.

H :)

Hally you have changed.

To be honest, I don't really know. When I get round to making it, I shall probably use Oxford Blue (IMHO the best British blue cheese) and use it with pasta or vegetables.

Oh CC, I love Cornish blue and our deli has it in stock all the time, but DD prefers Oxford blue due to its saltiness. Although my mother lives in Falmouth (dreadful hotel fire there BTW) and went to school in Penzance, I do actually prefer the Oxford Blue - it is amazing 8)
