Title: Do you get big wild mushrooms there?

I have a lovely easy recipe for the big wild mushrooms, obviously plenty of garlic, would any of you like the recipe?

Why not Bron, the more we have to choose from the better.  We used to go mushroom hunting when I was a kid with my parents and find them as big as side plates but I'm sure I've seen some reasonable sized ones around from time to time in the shops or market. I do a recipe which is wrapped in filo pastry when DD, a vegetarian, visits from Melbourne.

Thanks bron - I love mushrooms and if I can't find them foraging we can get them from the market.  So that's great.
