Hello Everyone!

I'm Maria and I live in Italy.  I got a new t31 last week.  I've used it to make a few things.  (made a lovely potato omolette tonight). 

I couldn't believe it when I found this forum.  I was born and brought up in England and to find some english recipies is brilliant!

I hope to be able to share recipies with you too.  (if I get that good at it ;) )
