Hi
I have 8 month old twin girls and a 3 yr old boy. After seeing a demo I knew I needed to get one of these amazing machines stat as it is ideal for making purees for the girls. Whenever I see the freezer stash is a bit empty, I just look in the veg crisper and have fresh purees in minutes. I use my thermomix about 4 times a day at least. I've been converting recipes with reasonable success and it's all very exciting really!
Looking forward to getting some great recipes from this site and I may be brave enough to post some myself at some stage.
Cheers!

Hi Mboosh and welcome to the forum- - glad to see that your Thermomix is making life a lot easier - I really wish I had one when my kids were small. It's such a time saver and nice to know that you have control over what goes into their food!
-
Hello and welcome to the forum mboosh. The thermomix would be a great help to you with 3 children under 3yrs.
There are some really great kid friendly recipes here at the forum. All the best and happy thermomixing.

Hello mboosh, welcome to the forum. You would be one busy mummy with children of that age so this machine was a great choice to be your extra pair of hands in the kitchen. Oh please do share some of your conversions - there's nothing scary about posting recipes and once you've done 1, you will get the bug and want to post them all ;)

Welcome to the forum mboosh.
It is nice to know that your TM is of great help with your young children. Even "older" children like having sorbet, amongst other things, when they come home to visit. Have fun.

Welcome to the forum mboosh, like DG said, no more left overs ;D
-
A belated welcome mboosh. You must be rather busy with the young children and the TMX. ;)

Huge thanks to everyone for the warm welcome. What a great community. It's all so exciting. My husband thinks I'm such a freak because I'm so obsessed. I'm having my varoma demo in a couple of weeks. All ready to learn some more tips.
Today made isi's portuguese bread and Helen's Yorkshire pudding, as well as usual porridge for the kids and hubby in the morning. Oh, not to mention the pesto for my son's ravioli. Phew!
Totally loving it!

Hello & welcome :)
I imagine having 3 little kids keeps both you and your Thermie busy!

Welcome to the forum. My twins are now 5 1/2 and just started school this year. I still remember the blur of the first year when all you are doing is loads of nappies, feeds, sleeps etc.As anyone with multiples will probably well know, as soon as you have gone through one cycle of feeds and nappy changes you are onto the next. In addition, I don't know how you do it with a three year old as well! Respect!!

Thanks to everyone again. Merlin, nice to see you've survived. Gives me hope! Have just finished feeding the girls their semolina with apple from the EDC. Went down a treat. Unfortunately, have had second failed attempt at pizza dough. Am going to check out the forum for tips now.

Welcome to the forum. I have two sets of twins (exactly two years apart) that are adults now, and I wish I had the Thermomix when they were little. But instead I had a wonderful DH who helped me with everything - thank God! My avatar is a photo of them not long after the girls were born.
-
Wow Kezza how did you cope? You obviously survived it. :)
-
Goodness me. 2 sets of twins. That gives me chills! If I had 2 of my toddler I think I'd be certifiable! Kudos to you Kezza.
-
Yes Dede we have all survived, as you will mboosh and all others with twins!!! Its a different world, and challenging, but not only for the parents, but for the twins themselves. It is a unique little world and only twins can explain what it is like to them.
