I just bought a TM in Feb.
We* follow the FAILSAFE diet, have various allergies and food intolerances including wheat, gluten, dairy.
We generally avoid all artificial (and some natural) additives.
Our TM has been working out everyday since the day it arrived!
I'm looking forward to finding and sharing new recipes.

*We = Me, DH, 7 kids at home.

Just type 'failsafe' into the search bar on the home page and you will come up with some threads you may like to read. Happy TMX cooking for that large family of yours - this little machine is going to make your life so much easier as you will have already discovered.
