Title: Financier heart chocolate "Nutella"

75 g butter
4 egg whites
150 g of sugar
50 g ground almonds
50 g flour
A pinch of vanilla powder
A pinch of salt
Nutella

 Preheat oven to 200 °
 Put the butter in the bowl 3 min, 80 °, 1 saw.
 Add remaining ingredients except the Nutella and mix 20 seconds, vit4
 Place the dough in a muffin tin
 Finish by putting a spoonful of Nutella in the center and the surface of each financial.
 Place in oven for 15-20 min at 200 °
 
 Can be eaten warm or cold

Yoz they look delicious- but where do they get the name "Financial Heart Chocolate" from?

I suspect Yoz means financier (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Financier_%28pastry%29). Either way they look delicious!

I didn't know whether to translate "financier" or not
In addition to learning new recipes I also learned to speak and write in English: great!  ;D
this forum is good for the stomach and head  :)

Aah thanks mkr, I hadn't heard of them before.  I do love a friand though so will be making these.

In fact, i wrote my answers (in english) in the google translator page. If i can't understand the french translation, I corrects until something understandable  ;D

I've made this recipe with the Tupperchef muffin form.
I've done 7 financiers with this quantities
