Great one JD, a cauli patty is nice and different and a good way to use up half a cauliflower

Nice recipe JD :)

I'm a bit mean re cauliflower at the moment as they are very expensive here. Around $4-5.
The recipe looks lovely for when winter arrives and they are cheaper.

Oh yum Judy, they look so good. A great way of getting the kids to eat more veggies. Will be giving these a go for sure.

oooh yum, I had a cauliflower patty today at an organic health food shop and it was gorgeous, I am keen to make these and see how they compare!

Made these tonight, very nice, I added 1/2 tsp of ground cumin and coriander and you could still taste the cauliflower. The kids and DH ate them with chutney, I preferred sweet chilli sauce. Will definetly be doing these again.
