Super looking rolls Mandi - aren't you just too smart since you got something you can bake in ;) :-*
-
Lol Judy. Well I feel confident that it will work now. The convection microwave is my main oven now :)
-
Not a fan of herby bread but they look great dede 😊
-
Thanks Frozzie. I was really happy with the result.
-
They look delicious Dede ;)
-
They are CC, I ate one last night just with some tomato and really enjoyed it. I think as it was different to a plain white roll the flavor was great. I definitely will be making them again. :)
-
These look yummy. A nice change to the traditional roll, especially with some soup.
-
I tried these today but didn't have any herbs, so I used grated Parmesan instead. They were DELICIOUS! :)
-
I'm glad you liked them. I think that the herbs can easily be changed around to suit individual tastes. I am going to make some more of these tomorrow and see what else I can add for a different type of flavor. They are yummy.

dede they do like very nice, just one Q. do they really need 50 grams of sugar ? last week i made nonomix soft bread rolls with 10 grams and they were sweet got 3 thumbs down for my family, i really did enjoy making them, so i will be making them agian with much less sugar
-
I read somewhere (I think it was my breadmachine instructions) that the purpose of sugar in bread is to help the yeast rise? However, you can omit it if you don't like sweetness in bread, I don't think it would be too critical...
Love the addition of herbs in this recipe, would make a very tasty roll indeed!
-
yes u r right nonomix it does take longer to rise. i have made bread many times and not used any sugar at all .
-
I didn't taste any sweetness in the rolls Uni, but I'm sure this could be cut down or altogether without to much problem. I will try it next time
-
These look fabulous, will give these a go, maybe even today if I am time.
Friends over with kids, making pizzas today.
H :)

I didn't use the full Tbs of rosemary as it quiet a string flavour. My personal opinion would be 1/2 Tbs. but depends on taste :)

Just made another batch of these, I didn't add the onion or rosemary this time, just a little mixed herbs. They smell so good. :)
-
i can smell them from here dede. Q how many batchs do u bake for your family ?
-
I only make 1 batch at a time which is 8 rolls, so they are gone while they are still nice and fresh. Think I will make some more rolls tomorrow. School back on Tuesday.
