Hi
I'm fu55y (unfortunately that's true  :) ),
I am a new Thermomix person and I have had my machine for 2 weeks now but I feel as though I already know you as I have been reading lots and lots of forums before buying.
I love the way you all chat and exchange ideas and recipes and help eachother and I hope that I will be able to also contribute occasionally as I am gluten free, lactose slight intolerance and fructose malabsorbtion and hence the name "fu55y".

As well as that I like to know what I put in my mouth and I try avoid chemicals as much as I can so I am hoping that the Thermomix will help me a lot in going back to first principles with my cooking.

I love to entertain and I know this is a great site for help with all the yummy things you all share.

Looking forward to being included.

Welcome to the forum Fu55y, great to see you have introduced your self to us all.
The forum (as you probably already know) is such a great place to get ideas and help with all sorts of topics.

Welcome to the forum Fu55y. As you probably are already aware there is a great section for special diets.

Hi Fu55y, welcome to the forum.  Lots of people on here who are on special diets so if there is anything you need to know and can't find here, just ask and someone will come to your aid I am sure.  You've got a bit of an idea how this forum works already so join in the fun - everyone is welcome.
