The recipe is from Io e il mio Bimby. I had made its tuna version some time ago.
It is a very handy recipe which could be served for many different occasions such as with bruschetta, mini quiche, grissini, crackers, vegetable sticks...
Ingredients:
10g parsley or 10 chives
200g ricotta
250g soft spreadable cheese
A pinch of salt
Optional: black pepper, red pepper flakes
To be precise, I used 200g di ricotta, 100g di Crescenza and 150g di Philadelphia. Instead of Crescenza I sometimes use Stracchino. You can try with some other kinds of soft spreadable cheeses due to your palate and accessibility.
Preparation:
Chop parsley for 5 seconds on Speed 5. Scrape down the sides of TM Bowl with spatula.
Add the cheeses, salt and pepper. Mix for 30 seconds on Speed 5.
Enjoy.

Thanks Farfallina, handy little number.

Looks wonderful.
This is very similar to a cheese "dip" or spread I make that I flavor with Zaatar, sumac and roasted sesame seeds.

I can't wait to try this. We have some pate and dips to use up first but then I'll do it.

Visitors tomorrow so made this as a dip. Lovely. It makes quite a lot. Next time I will split the mix into 2 and add nuts and fruit, ( dried Apricots, I think) to 1 half. I used Low fat Philly. Thanks farfallina, another of your reliable recipes. :-*
