Title: How would I convert this Valentines recipe for the Thermie?

I was planning to make this for Valentines desert, as it sounds yum. I can't imagine the 30+ minutes of standing around stirring though :P !!!

I am not confident enough yet to convert this myself. Would someone be able to give me some tips on how I could make it in the Thermomix?

Just throw it all in and cook it for 15mins like normal risotto??

Thanks in advance

I'd heat the milk, sugar and flavourings etc for about 6-8 minutes first,  at 100 speed 1.Then add the rice and cook until it's cooked.  :-\  About 30 minutes at 90 on reverse. Make sure the mixture is turning - you may need speed 1 or 2 for this.
I would add the strawberries at the very end and just blend them in on reverse, or even better add them by hand.

Thanks Cookie, sounds reasonable.
Do you think it would need 30mins though. I thought most risottos take about 17mins in the thermomix, or does this require more stickyness?

I would throw it all in and cook for 30 min 100 degrees and with the butterfly in on speed soft - 1 (make sure it is all turning) - for some reason the milk risottos seem to need the 30 min  (I have one that takes 40 min) also use the butterfly as milk will catch quicker than anything else  :D
