Hi all, when I'm reading some recipes they have signs like this for example *: . Can somebody please explain them to me.. I feel so dumb:(. Thank you.

The signs are as follows
 *: TMX bowl
 ::  Knead function
 :-: Reverse Speed
 ^^ Soft Speed

Don't feel dumb about not knowing what the symbols mean cause we all been there done that. I remember when I first joined the forum having to ask the same kind of question like what is EVOO cause everyone seemed to use this (Extra Virgin Olive Oil).

KMP, you should be able to find them in the manual that came with the TMX.
