Hi - some people have mentioned that they make a Naan bread from a calendar recipe. Can someone please post it here? Thanks so much! :)

I dont have any calendar but Naan bread is just a plain white bread that is flat.
You can use any normal bread recipe and if you feel like you can substitute a bit of the water with yogurt or/and add a bit garlic.
In my opinion you get the best result from baking them on a cast iron skillet but you can bake them in the oven as well.

Julie, I don't have that particular calendar either but I'm sure it's Tenina's recipe (http://tenina.com/2008/06/na-na-naan/) from her website.

I haven't got the calandar one, but I have posted one here (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4932.0) and on my blog, which seems to work well.

Thanks everyone! I will give them a try.
