Title: What is your favourite TMX dish to give as a small present to friends?

Having just  made Tenina's lemon curd to give as a small token present to three friends, I wondered what is your favourite recipe that you cook to impress the pants off your friends about the TMX/cooking skill etc. The lemon curd, by the way, is absolutely delish.

I am sure the forum has covered this topic before but I tried trawling and couldn't find it.  This will be useful for the newer members of the forum ... as well as me!!

Sweet Chilli Sauce , Lemon and Carrot   Marmalade,  Anzac and Macadamia Biscuits and of course bread.

chilli jam (hot!), calzones, apple tea cake muffins, orange muffins, and coconut cake made into muffins.

Breads of some form usually. Maybe scrolls or fruit loaf or sometimes a grain loaf. Depending on the friends taste.

My new favourite is onion jam from Quick Fix in the Thermomix.
It only makes a small quantity, so for several jars you will need to double or triple the recipe.

I love giving quince paste, with a nice wheel of triple cream brie  :-* always warmly received.
.....I have given away so many, as our tree produces lots!

The date and lime cake from budget busters is very impressive. Strawberry jam,yum!
However I agree you can't go past lemon spread.
