Pre heat oven to, 180 degrees

Lava cake
2 eggs
30 grams of sugar
120 grams of chocolate
120 grams butter
30 grams of plain flour
Whizz chocolate until ground up add the sugar and the butter , 60d, speed 2 for about 6mins
On speed 2 add eggs one at a time
add flour then slowly increasing speed to 4 for about 1 min all up
Grease ramekins with butter, bake for 10 – 12 mins
I used vanilla sugar
My chocolate was a mixture of white, dark and milk
Next time i will only cook them for only 10min only because i will reheat them in the M/W when needed

I do a very similar pud to this. Can't remember where I got the recipe from, but it has been on here. The order in which you make the recipe is slightly different and slightly easier in terms of washing up:
Whizz chocolate until ground up. Add butter and sugar, cook to 60 degrees until sugar dissolved ( cant remember how long, sorry). Leave to cool for a bit, then add eggs and flour and whizz for a minute total, scraping down at least once.
Put into buttered, floured ramekins ( though using cocoa instead of flour looks and tastes better)
Freeze for at least 90 minutes, then bake to taste. Some of my kids love these almost raw, but the freezing certainly helps ensure a runny middle.
This takes about 5 minutes and dirties only the TMX, so I make them during the day practically as I'm making a cup of tea. Fantastic for an incredibly impressive pud!

Here (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3675.0) it is girls - it's farfallinas and they are great. So handy to have in the freezer for unexpected guests - I have 4 in there at the moment.

Great idea to freeze these. I've made a similar recipe but only refrigerated them before baking.

let me tell you courton, my creations are not always wonderful ;D . in mortlake st ( sauce)
made these agian but prebaked them, then just reheated in the M/W for just 1 min :( flop, was more like a cake
baked to order is the way to go :( will not be doing them for the restaurant any more the pizza oven temp is 300d
and when i baked them the other night the cocoa powder was burnning, to much smoke in the pizza oven, the pizza chef was not happy with me
