Title: Hi - I love my new TM

Hi everyone,

My TM was delivered less than a month ago and I just love it. Have used it almost every time - and sometime multiple times a day !

This looks like a great forum and I look forward to trying out many new dishes - so does my husband  :)

The tips are really great too!

Hi Eli, welcome to the forum. I reckon this forum is the best thing since the TM was invented lol. We all love or TMs and there is always someone who can help out if you are ever stuck.

Welcome Eli, TMX makes cooking so easy, I've been making apricot Jam which is really a sauce, I cooked it longer than said but it didn't thicken so it will be nice for Apricot Chicken. and have made a batch of Plum paste. I now you will  Enjoy cooking with yours.
