Title: Asian cooking class
Post by: Lovemythermo on January 22, 2012, 05:40:39 am
My consultant has just sent information about an Asian class here in Adelaide next month. I think this is the first SA one. Has anyone been to this class yet? I believe some were held interstate last year. It costs $30 so I'd like to know it will be worthwhile forking out the cash!

There's one at Brighton early in Feb and another at Highgate end of February. I must admit I have the Asian cookbook but have really only tried one recipe in it, the satays. Perhaps going to the class will give me the push I need to try something else.

at $30, you'd be better to find an asian consultant to do a demo at home for you. so often the classes are a bit of a rip off.
