Hey guys,

Tnx to ipad i got the thermomix app in which i find lots of recipes you are referring at in the forum.

I was amazed to find recipes for stock paste.

Has anyone tried the pastes? Are they a good alternative for store bought cubes? How long do they last? This would help me bigtime in dealing with my food allergy.

I make the vegetable stock and it lasts for months in the fridge.  I reduce the amount of salt in it but it still seems to keep OK.

Some people freeze their stock paste into cubes but I have never found the need to do so.   As there are only 2 of us, I use the stock slowly but I've never had a problem.

Tnx katya... Now for the fish paste. The recipe says 500 gr fish and 240 gr coarse sea salt. Shouldnt there be any liquid and or oil added?
