Title: Ice magic help please

I made tenina's salted caramel ice cream the other day however it's too rich for me, maybe 'cos i substitued some ingredients with ckose alternatives.

I want to try tenina's ice magic recipe too however i don't have any more crio bru granules so can i just use cocoa powder instead. I also don't have the vanilla bean paste. What is the closest alternative - vaniila extract or ?
