Hi again,
A couple of things - can I make the bimby *: choc cake and freeze. - does it freeze well? Also, if I make pizza dough can I part cook the pizza base and then freeze? Back to work next wed and need to get the freezer stocked up. Many thanks Annabelle

Hi Bella6. Yes the chocolate cake will freeze. With the pizza bases I would let them come back to room temperature from freezing before you cook them again. Others may do differently but that always works for me.
Questions are always welcome. :D

Yes and yes. You can even cook the pizza bases in the pan on the stove before you freeze them.

I freeze all cakes with great success. I also freeze my pizza dough uncooked in balls.

Uncooked in balls sounds great, at the moment we are eating shop bought ones called Penne Toscano ( from Coles) traditional bases. very tasty!!! But expensive at $3 each - only for mummy and daddy the kids had TM Bol.sauce tonight.

Hi there, I freeze my pizza dough raw too, but in flat packages, these defrost quicker than balks if need some in a hurry.
