Title: Pork Sausage Patties/Rissoles for BBQ

Naughty Hally, didnt  label this bag, thought it was mince but now 1/2 way through defrosting its pork sausage meat.

Anyone have a recipe for burgers/patties/rissoles, anything I can put on the BBQ as we wont be having burgers!!!

Thanks golfish, its actually pork sausage meat not pork mince, plus I  need it to be not spicy for kids.

Any other ideas wouldbe great :D

Still looking and am interested, but am making sausage rolls instead. We are of to a friends later so I need to take a plate, saved!!LOL

Any recipes most welcome in case I dont label again.
