Title: RECIPE REVIEW - Chocolate Hazelnut Cake - FFp.33
Post by: cecilia on January 04, 2012, 01:21:34 pm
This was a very clear recipe and the cake produced was delicious and popular.  We served it at a Christmas family gathering and it was very easy to slice up small without crumbling.  It was beautifully moist and tasty without being sickly rich.  I only got a tiny taste but from seeing how quickly it disappeared and all the compliments I got, I'm giving it a confident 5/5 with a big THANK YOU to the recipe developer.

As a bonus, the recipe is followed by a tip on how to roast your hazelnuts, which I followed successfully.  I managed to roast them without burning them.  Yum, yum -  hazelnuts.  Need I say more?  Coming from the home of Cadbury chocolate, I've always loved the combination of chocolate and hazelnuts.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
