Title: EDC Chocolate Topping

Has anyone made the EDC Chocolate Ganache (Topping) or the Chocolate Sauce to serve with ice cream? Want to make this today but not sure how long it will keep in the fridge.

I have made it but it went straight on the 'too easy chocolate cake' and then straight into little tummies so sorry, don't know how long it lasts. I didn't get a taste either so can't even review it  :(
