i am a first time mum to be due, in 4 weeks!!! and just recieved a beaut thermo mix!!! its a sweet life so far =)i have been playing with my new toy every day and absorlutely amazed.

I look forward to chatting!!!=)

P.S. Get a few frozen meals put away for those days when things don't go according to plan, get plenty of sleep NOW.. LOL

Like Brenda says, make the most of your playing/cooking time now and get some food in your freezer.

Great advise and will be stocking up on those freezer meals!!! will keep all informed. thermo mix is working wonders as it is. the husband already thinks he is being replaced lol

Now, I have days where being 5 years old now they often drive me nuts simultaneously and at least I can rely on the TM to do what it's told plus it never ever complains!

Post by: Bonsai on December 31, 2011, 05:22:27 am: Have to agree with the advice- as a mum to 3 kids the ability to get a pre-made meal out of the freezer on a 'difficult' day is fantastic. Makes the early weeks with a new baby much less stressful if dinner is pre-cooked. Your baby will be a summer one which helps a bit as so many meals are quick BBQ types.

I really wish I'd had a thermomix when my kids were small - would have made things so much easier. Good luck with your soon-to-be new arrival and keep in touch with the forum (we love food and babies ;D).
