Title: Soon to be user in Gippsland

I am Tammy, we live in Gippsland Vic.
I first saw the thermomix on 6 December at a fundraiser night, I was totally amazed at what it can do!
So last night I had a demo of my own so I could show my husband and today placed my order.

Now just to await the arrival....

I have also ordered the Meat on the Menu cookbook & The Indian Cookbook, so I should have plenty of recipies to get me started.

Looking forward to chatting with you all :)

Whilst you are waiting for your delivery, have a good browse on the forum and you will find lots of delicious recipes, the reviews are really handy when you are choosing a recipe.

I was pretty impressed the first time I saw it so it was just a matter of convincing DH.

My consultant rang me today and said that I may even have it this week! Super fast ;D

My thermie purchase was a quick one too. I had been searching for information on additive free eating when I came across the thermomix website. Sent HO an email and the consultant came the following week. Thermie purchased on the spot. DH was very impressed.

I am impressed each and every time that I use it. Best thing is my husband who is not a cook at all is actually enjoying using it :D

My DH and I love Gippsland- we have friends that live just out of Yanakie and we are often invited there for weekends. The Prom would have to be my vote for one of the best natural wonders of the world, shame about all the floods last year though!
