What is meringue powder? That stuff you get in an egg in the supermarket for pavlova?

I think so. I'm going to use egg whites and pure icing sugar. You beat up an egg white with a fork and add sifted icing sugar until it is the consistency you require.

They're so cute, but since we don't have snow, I probably won't be making them. I'd probably make a melted Father Christmas bickie instead!
