Title: An Early Christmas and New Year message for all from Dede
Post by: dede on December 10, 2011, 10:30:05 pm: Hi everyone, my life has been hectic lately and I just haven't had much of a chance to get on the forum as much lately. So I decided to take this oppertunity to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year. I hope everyone stays safe and has a great holidays.
I have my 16 year olds grade 10 leavers dinner next week and my 12 year olds grade 6 leavers dinner the week after. We are heading away camping for awhile and I can't wait. There is so much to do and organize at this time of year it's just crazy.
Oh and my lovely DH is going to buy me a Convection Microwave for Christmas which will be very handy. I've almost had my TM for 1 year now and love it as much as the first day it arrived.

I miss you on the forum, yes it s a busy thime of the year, plus you have all those kids and with their extra activities you would be flat out......it seems each activity plus school all have end of year functions, crazy......

Enjoy your campng, can you take TM or are you in a tent.

Post by: dede on December 11, 2011, 11:02:18 am: Thanks everyone, I must admit I have missed the forum. I promise I will be back not to far away.
Hally the TM will be staying home as we are roughing it (no power) BUT we will be only a 5 min drive away from my mum who of course has a TM. my daughters birthday is during our camping holiday so I will be able to whip up a cake in no time with the help of my mums TM.

I so can't wait for the school holidays, and I can't wait to have a break from cooking. I cook almost everyday of the year and Sundays I spend several hours cooking lots of snacks for the kids for the week to save some $$$.

After our holidays I will be all refreshed and ready to start a new year of cooking up a storm with my trusty TM once again ( well that's the plan anyway)
