Title: Ricotta & cream cheese

Can someone tell me how to make ricotta (I can't find it on this forum) Also what about cream cheese? Is it possible to make that at home? It's amazing how there is always SOMEONE who can help!

In condiments and sauces, on page 3 is Isi's Philidelphia cream cheese recipe. I really will have to learn how to link!!

Hey fundj there is a guide how to do it on the forum, but as I rarely do it, I forget each time. Practice makes perfect I suppose!
