Title: nutella question

I found some little pastry shells in the freezer so i filled them with nutella and baked for them 15 mins .can someone please explain to me why does the nutella not melt, it went a little harder than b4  baking

its probably all the perservatives I should imagine but not 100% sure

Nutella is made from Hazelnuts, white sugar, vegetable oil and milk powder with a bit of cocoa to give the chocolate flavour.  Cooking it just dries out the oil content from the nuts a bit.  I don't think it has any of the natural cocoa butter in it like chocolate has.

oh my goodness. I just checked the ingredients of nutella and there is no perservatives....sorry.  :-[
I am going to eat more of it now...lol

if i where to add some ricttoa will that make it softer ?
