Just wanted to say hi and in the words of Austin Powers "allow myself to introduce . . er. . myself." I live in Freo, love cooking and was a little worried that my other cookware may get neglected! I have been wanting a TM for a year, finally convinced my wife to let me get one when our trusty blender died. Have been reading the forum for weeks in anticipation! Unfortunately, 24 hours after getting it and going on a Tm'ing frenzy, I got Error 55, and now I think I might have to return it!  :'(

Hi mezza39, welcome to the forum.  Sorry to hear you have problems already - we all wait anxiously for our delivery and this is a real let down.  Hope you can get some satisfaction fast.

Oh you poor things.  On the up side, you do live in WA, so you won't have to wait as long to get it back as the rest of us would.  Try to keep calm.  This is a bit of a worry as someone else had the same frustrating experience quite recently.  Have you asked for a courtesy machine while you are without the one you just paid for?

Yes, it's a bonus living in WA! I will see about the loan machine. I have a great consultant so hopefully that will be a goer.
