Hi all,
As a new owner, but not new to Thermomix, my good friend has had one for 3 years! I have jumped in at the deep end and have become a consultant!
I will be trying out lots of the recipes and reporting back on successes and failures.
First failure: forgot to put seal on lid when making icing sugar! Sugar went everywhere!
Second failure: Forgot to put butterfly in bowm when making fried rice, ending up with gruel!!
Successes: beetroot and chocolate cake, Chicken Korma (Indian Cook book), smoothies, mixed berry sorbet.
Cheers
Tina :)

Welcome Tina. One thing when we make a mistake we never make the same one twice. It's fun learning though.

Hello Tina, welcome to the forum. By posting your failures and mistakes, others will realise they are not the only ones ;) It takes a while to get the hang of it but once learnt, never forgotten. Good luck with your consultancy work.
