Title: Mandarins, oranges and pears

Just wondering if anyone had any recipes that use mandarins/oranges and pears? I have a fair few....

Ive just made a orange cake.

Mandarin and orange marmalade, Pears poached in orange juice in the varoma.  I have posted a recipe for Tangello marmalade,  just substitute  but keep the proportions the same.  Save the skins from juiced oranges and make peel and orange peel dipped in chocolate.  You lucky ducky to have lots of fruit.
