Title: Dim Sums ? or Dim Sims please?
Post by: cookie1 on March 13, 2009, 07:03:26 am
I'm sure I've read somewhere that some clever people are making these. Could I ask for a recipe please? I'd like to give them a try.

and brazens version and tips are at http://thermomixmagic.blogspot.com/2008/10/varoma-adventure.html (http://thermomixmagic.blogspot.com/2008/10/varoma-adventure.html)

I made these tonight but mis-read the instructions and thought the egg was for sealing the wanton wrapper. I think this is why the meat was a bit dry. Nice flavour though. I made extra and have frozen them in portions (ran out of wrappers) but I think when i want to use the filling I will mix it back together with an egg.
