Title: Dip from basic demo

Hi all, does anyone know the recipie for the dip made in the basic demo? I think it's cheese and garlic, but it isn't in the edc. A friend wants me to make it tonight. Thanks :)

I think you are thinking of the garlic and herb dip,  they do either that or a hummus at demos.
It is on page 50 of my Eveyrday book.  We make it all the time here but we cut down the spring onions to 1 as it was a bit strong with 2.  It is very yummy though!
