My first post ;D
These are my creation (well i got the origional idea from a totally different cookie recipe but i wanted to make choc choc chip cookies and didnt have any eggs at the time so modified (alot) someones cinnamon cookies off the net) This is the first time i have made in the Thermo and its soooooo much easier than by hand!
A household favourite!
Ingredients
260gms Butter
1/2 cup castor sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup choc chips
tablesppon of milk if needed
Cream butter and sugar (add some temp if butter is straight from fridge 40c say) speed 5-6 for a bit (great times i know...)
Add cocoa and vanilla mix for a bit to combine (may need to stop and scrape down sides)
Add flour and use kneed function to form dough (I added about a tablespoon of milk to help it out too... and scraped the sides down a couple of times)
Set onto reverse and add choc chips
Roll into balls and slightly flatten on tray
Bake on 180c for 12 minutes (or if you have a dodgey oven like mine 15-17minutes)
Allow to cool before moving to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Made 37 decent sized cookies tonight :D
First few ready...

Good for you with your first recipe ETC. Guess the times are best left a bit vague if you are using the TC and not the TMX as it could vary from one machine to the other. We can put our own times on the print out.
