Title: Choc mint cookies?

Any one have a recipe for a choc mint cookie? A friend asked me today but I really wasn't sure how to make them. Would you just make a choc chip cookie and add some peppermint essence?

They look pretty good Fundj. Thanks for that. I will pass the recipe on although she dosnt have a TM, but might help her realize she needs one lol.
