Hello everyone,

My name is Rita and I'm from Lisbon, Portugal
I found this amazing forum while searching the web for international recipes for TM31 or, as we call it in Portugal, Bimby.
I've bought mine 7months ago and I'm trully addicted to it...

The only thing that I haven't tried is Asian and Portuguese Pastry.
I have quite a few books for TM31 in digital but there are only with Portuguese and Spanish recipes. So, I will be a frequently visitor to this forum  ::)

Wish I could rad Spanish and Portuguese with some fluency - there are so many recipes in their Forums.

I will be glad to help you "discover" some recipes. If you give me the links or the names of the recipes that you want, I can see if I can translate them.

I'm trying to discover Australia's recipes. I saw the contents pages of your "base book" that comes with Thermomix. UAU!
I have tried to get it on digital but it's nowhere to be found! I will follow your tradicional recipes from here  ;)
