Title: Chicken Curry (slow)

We made the Fast Chicken Curry from the EDC, but as we are using home grown chicken, we need a recipe that cooks a little slower. The taste was there for the EDC recipe so was wondering if its possible to half the temp and double the cooking time?

Would it work?

Or does someone else have a better recipe?
