Title: I'm a newbie and I'm sooo excited !!

My hubby bought me my TM as a surprise for my birthday.  He arranged the demo at a friends place and I had no idea that he had set me up !!!

It was delivered a couple of days ago and I've already made the vegetable stock concentrate and three dips.  I only stopped when I ran out of ingredients.

I've got tomoro off and boy, have I got plans !!!   

Now, off to find some recipes......

Welcome to the forum. What a great present - a DH well worth keeping! 

It's so frustrating running out of ingredients - I learned very quickly to be more organised and I am sure you will adjust your larder stock before too much longer.

Hi Chrissa, welcome to the forum.  Aren't there some wonderful husbands out there who love to surprise their wives.  Sounds like you are having fun, enjoy your day off playing with the TMX.

Thanks for having me back. When I first got my TM i was totally addicted but my life took a strange twist and I lost my love of cooking BUT I'm back with avengeance :-)
