Ok so I am gluten free and on very low lactose diet at the moment. My dietitian wants me to try the RPAH Elimination diet to see if it helps with some other problems as well...
so I figure it's time for my thermomix to get a workout.
Please send me through any ideas.
Meals, snacks etc.
Add RPAH Elimination to Gluten Free and Lactose Free is seeming tricky
Thanks

That sounds like a good challenge, Jules. Good luck, hope it helps and hope you get lots of ideas from the forum.

I'm no help I'm afraid Jules - no problems with food in this house or family. For interest sake though what does RPAH stand for?

Sorry should have added that. its the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Elimination diet (I think its like the failsafe diet)
info here - http://www.sswahs.nsw.gov.au/rpa/allergy/resources/foodintol/handbook.cfm

Have you bought the Elimination Diet Handbook Jules - obviously you need that to get going.
If it is similar to a Failsafe diet, have you seen this (http://failsafethermomix.blogspot.com/2009/04/failsafe-chicken-risotto.html) blog. It may help you plan your meals around your handbook.
We also have a Failsafe chat thread on our forum here. (http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1095.0)
Brazen's blog (http://brazen20au.blogspot.com/) has a lot of GF meals - you may be able to work with some of those.
Good luck with finding meals suitable to be cooked in the TMX.

If you are on facebook,
https://www.facebook.com/FailsafeEatingSupportGroup
This group is FANTASTIC for helping with any queries you have along the way.
We are failsafe, dairy, and mainly soy (we can have a little soy in things) free. But we can have gluten. I'm 'Hlafbaked' on facebook as well.
http://realfailsafemeals.blogspot.com/
This is one of my favorite FS blogs, although she is using dairy and gluten.
There is a failsafe chat thread on here, we'll have to get it moving again to get you some inspiration!
