Title: gluten free wheat free cooking for TM31

Does any one own the book? For health reasons I have gone wheat free for about 3 months now and although my health has improved my recipes have not :( I am looking for wheat free recipes and loves my TM and was wondering if the recipe book are any good. Its quite expensive to sit on the shelf.

I don't have the book but a friend of mine does and quite likes it. Have you found the Quirky Cooking Blog?  Jo has lot's of great wheat free recipes there.  :)

I had a gluten free relative staying with us for 3 months. I didn't worry too much about finding specialised recipes as most recipes I use are made from scratch any way. I just substituted gluten free flours, products, etc when cooking.

I have the book but have no allergies - I just love recipe books for the TMX even if I don't use them  :-)) (I am not alone here, there are plenty of us out there). I've done 3 recipes out of it though so it isn't completely just sitting on the shelf doing nothing.
